• Preparation and approval Job plan with Customer,  Liner hanger RIH simulation (hook load, drag and friction, hydraulic calculation);

• Preparation of equipment for the well at the operational base (lower and upper completion, multi-stage hydraulic fracturing assemblies);

• Doing jobs on the site. Arranging storage, account and inventory of the tools in work site;

• Managing well completion operations directly at the drilling site and monitoring the completion process;

• Preparation of reports on work performed at the well, preparation of equipment for the next work;

• Analysis of current work results and proposals for improvements in the completion process;

• Representing the company to the Customer;

• Executing diagnostics and repairs of equipment, determining the causes of breakdowns and defects;

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education, preferably in the field of petroleum engineering, mining, mechanical engineering (competencies: well completion;)

• Experience in working with well completion equipment, experience in working with completion systems for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, experience in running liner hangers(cemented, non-cemented);

• Technical thinking and responsibility;

Responsibilities:

• Development of design solutions for the design and manufacture of equipment used in the oil and gas industry;

• Creation of 3D models and design of downhole tools and equipment, direct interaction with production sites and factories;
